These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by Uplift My Business ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Uplift My Business designs and builds modern websites and automated lead systems for local service businesses. Our core offering, the Uplift Lead System, includes a professional website, lead capture and recovery, automated follow-up, Google Business Profile optimization, a launch campaign, and simple reporting.
2. Free Website Preview
We offer a no-cost, no-obligation preview of a sample homepage built using your publicly available business information. The preview is provided for evaluation purposes and does not constitute a binding engagement or a guarantee of future results. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase any service.
3. Founding Client Program
We may offer a limited number of founding client spots at a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial. The terms, availability, and pricing of this program are determined at our discretion and may change.
4. Your Responsibilities
To deliver the best results, you agree to provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests during the build, and review and approve work in a timely manner. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and information you supply.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website and content created specifically for your business, subject to any third-party licenses for stock images, fonts, or tools used in the build. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Payment and Fees
Pricing for our services is published on our pricing page. Setup fees and any recurring monthly fees are due as agreed in your service agreement. Recurring services may be cancelled with prior notice as described in your agreement. We do not require long-term contracts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift My Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption resulting from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific results, including a particular number of leads, calls, customers, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and responsiveness to leads.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of those third parties, and their terms apply to your use of features built on them.
10. Termination
Either party may end recurring services with the notice described in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees owed through the end of the notice period.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
